Owner and winemaker, Jason Murray will walk you through a tasting of 6 selections of Arterra Wines. Included in the experience will be an artisanal cheese plate paired with Rosé to enjoy as you settle in. Next will be the newly released Gruner Veltliner paired with spring pea mousse, fingerling potatoes, prosciutto and crispy onions. Roussanne will pair with French Onion soup tartlet. Then taste how beautifully our 2020 Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah are aging while enjoying BBQ Beef Bao. Lastly, enjoy our Dulcé Vida along with housemade Nutella Crepes with berries.
