CANDLELIGHT EVENING
Enjoy this extended hours winter experience. Arterra Wines will light up with candles and lanterns to create a cozy winter hide away. Enjoy our heart warming wines, food and live music to fit the relaxing atmosphere.

Throughout the winter and early spring Jason Murray (owner and winemaker) will offer themed tastings and classes in the cellar or after hours.

Don’t miss our tri-annual wine releases. Whites Release in the spring, Our Satellite Vineyard, Seven Oaks Reds and Chardonnays in the Fall and Arterra Estate Reds in the winter. Occasionally some special wines along the way including a November Release of Norton.

Occasionally some special wines along the way including a November Release of Norton. As a Club Member you are given a chance to come taste our new wines for free. Free Tastings are available for a 3 week period right at release time.
HAWKMOTH CLASSES
Owner and Resident Artist Sandy Gray-Murray offers a variety of clay creating and glazing experiences. Click below for more detailed class information.
WINE UNTIL 9
Starting in early May, Arterra will stay open until 9pm every other Saturday. There will be live music, food and a camp fire to enjoy while you drink some delicious wine! Rain or Shine it’s always fun! See individual dates for performer info and food option.

FALL VINEYARD TOURS
Every Fall, Jason Murray (owner and wine maker) will offer vineyard tours to showcase our fruit management, discuss how the given vintage year has affected the fruit and review how Arterra approaches grape growing to ensure high quality ripe fruit year after year.
HARVEST DINNER
Join us for a Limited Seating Harvest Dinner Celebration, honoring another successful season. There is no better way to enjoy Arterra than to watch the sunset, listen to some live music, enjoy some appetizing food and savor our delicious wine. D.C. Musician Burke Ingraffia will be joining us for both events. Burke Ingraffia is a singer/songwriter whose folk and jazz songs have been compared to Mose Allison, Michael Franks, Bob Dorough, and James Taylor. His clear and pleasant voice adds a touch of honesty to his hopeful and witty lyrics. All food prepared by Nomad Provisions.

We have a spectacular, seasonally ideal line-up of wines for the Fall 2026 Release! Vintage 2024 brought us wines of pronounced character and complexity, and we have one last 2023 red in the mix to showcase as well. This assortment captivates with a balance of medium weight and intensity with fresh notes that are perfect as we come off of the summer heat; and also with the earthy rooted depth we look for as we transition into cooler autumn evenings.

These limited production wines will be available to club-only, and will only be opened for tastings during this 3-week release period, after which their remaining inventory will shift to availability only by the bottle – so get in during release for your opportunity to try them and the take advantage of your house club membership benefit of free tastings during release periods. There just isn’t enough of these to keep them on the main menu at this moment in time.
